Structural NURBS a càrrec de Philipp Längst

Philipp Längst és un enginyer estructural a Str.ucture GmbH amb seu a Stuttgart. Es va graduar a la Universitat de Stuttgart amb un M.Sc. Grau en Anàlisi Estructural, del Prof. Dr.-Ing. Kai-Uwe Bletzinger, Universitat Tècnica de Munic. La seva recerca i desenvolupament se centra en les noves tecnologies de simulació, com els mètodes isogèomètrics per explorar nous enfocaments en disseny lleuger. Actualment, és cap de desenvolupament del nou plugin d'anàlisi isogèogica Kiwi3D.

Philipp Längst is a structural engineer at str.ucture GmbH based in Stuttgart. He graduated from University of Stuttgart with a M.Sc. degree in Structural Analysis, of Prof. Dr-Ing. Kai-Uwe Bletzinger, Technical University of Munich. His research and development focuses on new simulation technologies, such as isogeometric methods in order to explore new approaches in lightweight design. Currently, he is head of development for the new Isogeometric Analysis PlugIn Kiwi3D.
