The configuration and maintenance of workstations is a service for personal computers of teachers and support staff in ETSAV when used for administration purposes, and also for workstations at school used by suport staff and students.Service Features:
The following tasks will be undertaken on either the newly purchased and the old personal computers, as long as there is network connection and the hardware of the computer allows that:
- Installation and configuration of the operating system (Microsoft and MacOS) and network connection.
- Installation and configuration of antivirus, browsers and e-mail readers.
- Installation and configuration of office automation software.
- Installation and configuration of information systems and IT services (ETSAV and UPC) access if necessary.
- Management of hardware breakdown.
