Voice and Data Networking

We take care of the users to have telephony, land and/or mobile line, and network connection, with or without wire. Voice and data network is another of the elements provided in the working environment. Incidents and registrations or discharges are managed by CCLAIA together with UPCnet, offering a direct support to the user.

Addressed to:

Telephone service and connection to the data network is addressed to research and support staff as part of the working environment. Students have access to the wifi network and all the working spaces and labs are provided with data network connection.

Management, together with UPCnet, of:

  • Land and mobile telephones.
  • Activation of PDS and assignment of IP adresses and wifi network access.
  • Network expansions and access points.
  • UPC corporate telephony service.
  • Access to UPC data network.
