The customer service is where all the information about how to use the services that CCLaia offers to the ETSAV community may be found, as well as the place to manage troube reports and suggestions.

The whole UPC community developing its activity in Campus Sant Cugat.

  • User consulting and avising on services and ICT tools available to the UPC community Sant Cugat Campus in accordance with the user's service level.
  • ICT Incident Management.
  • Requests for ICT services (depending on the level of service of the requesting user.)
  • Information on ICT services (notifications, news ...).
  • ICT equipment loan (depending on the level of service of the requesting user.)
  • Training, if applicable.
