Aplication procedure


Winter Semester 2024-25

Remember: before your enrollment, it will be mandatory to have a medical insurance for the academic year 2024-25: healthcare, accidents during travel, repatriation of mortal remains and civil liability.

  • Nomination Deadline: 15 March − 15 April 2024
  • Application Deadline: 15 March − 15 April 2024

1.- Nomination by your International coordinator  (Send an e-mail  to:  with the following information:)

  • Student name
  • Student e-mail
  • Semester of stay

2.- Application (once nominated, you will need to register within the UPC system by clicking here and following the Step by step guide, attached below.)

Remember that, in order to fill out the online application, you will need to have all of the REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:

  • Passport or ID (scan)
  • Learning Agreement*
  • Transcript of Records*
  • B1 Spanish Language Certificate

*These documents must be signed by your international coordinator

3.- We will send you the official admission.

4.- We will inform you of the date to make the enrollment.

  • DELE B1 Spanish
  • SIELE B1 Spanish
  • AND/OR A2 Catalan certificate

The language certificate must be submitted before the application deadline
